Job Description:

Responsible for the preparation and follow up on proposals, presentations and contracts with the Business Development Manager.
|
|

Service/ Product knowledge:
|
|
Maintaining detailed Knowledge of the company’s products.
|
|
|
Sales Plan:
|
|
Participates in planning sales strategy.
|
|
|
Business plans:
|
|
Prepare the annual Business Development Plan in coordination with the BDM.
|
|
|
Presentation:
|
|
Present MTG to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails
|
|
|
Develop & Negotiate:
|
|
Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for MTG to an agreed annual target.
|
|
|
Manage Sales Process:
|
|
Lead generation, negotiation and closing the deal.
|
|
|
Develop strategies:
|
|
Assist in developing regional sales and marketing strategies for MTG
|
|
|
Forecasting:
|
|
Develop and deliver accurate lase forecasts in line with the business objectives.
|
|
|
Liaison:
|
|
Get in liaison with new accounts.
|
|
|
Analysis:
|
|
Develop a situation analysis for MTG including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
|
|
|
Competitors Study:
|
|
Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing in the martket
|
|
|
Sales Objectives:
|
|
Responsible for managing a portion of the sales effort to raise MTG’s communication visibility and market penetration in order to meet and exceed monthly/yearly revenue objectives as set by the management.
|
|
|
Follow with the potentials:
|
|
Follow up closely with new prospects until the deal is closed.
|
|
|
Follow up-Service Department:
|
|
Following up with the service department on the operating accounts/services to ensure timely completion of TV projects and to ensure the satisfaction of the clients.
|
|
|
Profitability:
|
|
Ensuring that the services operating on TV channels (Direct or Indirect clients) remain profitable.
|
|
|
Build and maintain:
|
|
Builds and maintains a system to accurately report TV sales numbers, monthly forecast and expenses.
